Victoria sails to victory over Dutch cyclist Willy Kanis in this morning's semi-final at the Beijing Velodrome
Now the Stotfold cyclist is ready to compete in the final where she will face either China's Shuang Guo or Anna Meares - currently tied at one race all in the other semi final.

Victoria didn't need the deciding race to win her semi-final.

First on at the velodrome this morning, she romped home in the first leg but was pushed all the way in the second race, making it past her dogged opponent in the last few yards.

It means Victoria is guaranteed a gold or a silver medal. That will be decided in the final, scheduled for 11.30am British time. Once more, it is the best of three races.
