Biggleswade church raises £100,000
Excellent start to Chapter House appeal
An incredible £100,000 has been raised to help extend St Andrew's Chapter House in Biggleswade in just six months.
Thanks to major grants from Waste Recycling Environmental Limited, Mid Beds District Council and the town council, combined with the church's own fundraising activities, the appeal is well underway to reaching its goal.
Detailed engineering building plans are being drawn up and it is hoped to start building work early next year.
