Officers are growing concerned for a man who went missing earlier today and may be in the east Beds area.
Nicholas Pearce, who is 50-years-old ,left a property on the A428 St
Neots Road in the St Neots area at about 6.30am today (Friday).

He was wearing black jeans and a grey t-shirt. He is white, five foot with long brown and white hair and a grey beard.

It is thought he is heading on foot towards Stevenage and police are concerned for his health.

PC Neil English said: "We are eager to trace Nicholas as he was not
dressed for wet weather.

"We believe he may be walking across fields to get to Stevenage so I would ask anyone who spots a man matching this description heading south from St Neots to get in touch as soon as possible."

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC English at St Neots Police Station on 0345 456 456 4 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
