Region's most established careers fair today

Check out the region's most established careers fair today.

The fair, organised by our sister paper The Times & Citizen, is being staged in Bedford Corn Exchange in St Paul's Square.

Doors opened to the public at 11am and the event carries on right through until 6.30pm.

Make sure you don't miss the chance to hear from Julie White, of BBC TV's hugely successful business investment show, Dragons' Den.

Other highlights include a fashion show by Next, promoting formal and informal work attire, and also a CV-writing workshop.

And, if all that wasn't enough, you could also get there free of charge on a courtesy bus.

Look out for an Express Lines coach, which will pick up from Sandy Market Square at 2.20pm and Biggleswade Market Square at 2.30pm.
The return journey departs from Bedford Corn Exchange at 2pm and 5pm.

And as well as those looking to change jobs, there is help for the unemployed, students, school leavers and graduates plus parents returning to work after raising a family – in short, anyone simply looking to improve their prospects.

Do you believe there are UFOs in our skies?
Yes, aliens are out there
No, a load of rubbish
They are all just sky lanterns
