Bedfordshire of yesteryear celebrated in a calendar available for free
Bedfordshire of yesteryear is celebrated in a new calendar available for free.
It has been produced by Bedfordshire County Council's trading standards team, and shows images of life in the county between 1949 and 1959.
The calendar also lists vital information on how residents can stay safe and free from unwanted callers, as well as details of the trading
standards approved scheme.
Coun Peter Hollick, Bedfordshire County Council cabinet member for
community services, said: "Not only are the calendars very interesting, with some lovely photographs, but they provide lots of useful
information which can help keep you safe over the
coming year."
