Hi Ive been a regular since the new owners took over in April and what lovely customer service and the products are to die for, loads more choice and the American lines are brilliant!!!

My experience of Sweet Alley is very positive.
The family run business is so friendly, I find I chat so long in there, I almost forget to buy my regular sweets of Banana and Licqourice Monkies, Chocolate covered Coffee Beans, and Chocolate covered Stem Ginger.
Have never had a problem with the quality of what I've been served, but if I did, I think I'd be comfortable letting the staff in Sweet Alley know, and I bet they'd put things right.
I love this shop, great choice of classic favourites, new things to try, and high end products like the Belgian chocolates and USA Jelly Belly Beans

Went into Sweet Alley today for first time and bought some Mintoes and Winter Mixture. Very disappointing! Mintoes were old, stale and tasted like they had been on the shelf for years. Winter Mixture, well, it wasn't. No taste to sweets, just sugary blandness. I have thrown both lots in the bin, the only place they are fit for.
Will not visiit again.
