Catch the rock band Friday
A rock band will be partying with Potton tonight.
Rock pop band Policy, based in Sandy and Potton will be joining in with the weekend's fun and frolics and they will be playing a live set under the marquee at the family disco tonight.
The band that has officially been together since October 2006, but has recently had a change to its line-up, play catchy rock tunes with a pop vibe with good lyrics.
And after listening to their tracks that are available for download on their MySpace page I have to say I am mightily impressed.
For a band that has been together for less than two years they have a good selection of their own material already recorded and they are all great tunes.
The down to earth five-piece band cite local bands as their musical influence including, Look See Proof, Little Thief, and Guildean Gang, as well as bigger bands such as The Fratellis, Bon Jovi, and Guns 'n'
Roses.
Catch Policy at the Henry Smith Playing Field where they will kick of the weekend from 7.30pm.
Get your ticket from Cameron's Newsagent or Potton Post Office in the Market Square.
It is a busy weekend for the rockers because they will also be playing at St Neots Rover Festival on Sunday.
