REVIEW: Pearl Handled Revolver

Wow this guy's voice has range!
I am listening to the latest EP from Bedford blues legends Pearl Handled Revolver.
Having only lived in Bedford for 6 months I am continually surprised by the high standard of talent that is crammed into this little town.
And these guys are no exception.
The EP jam packed with stonking bass lines and dirty-as-hell foot tapping beats.
Lead singer Lee Vernon's voice fluctuates between a scary Tom Waits growl and a tuneful Robert Plant.
I kid you not!
The EP, entitled ONE is the first of three lovely looking releases coming out in the run up to Christmas.
Each cd fits into an oh-so-desirable case so you can keep them all together in pride of place in your music collection.
Pearl Handled Revolver will be rocking Esquires on new years eve, I know what I'm doing that night and it's not singing Auld Lang Syne.
I'm sold and you should be too!
