The deadline for entering the Bedfordshire Business Excellence Awards is this Friday (September 6).
Companies from across the Bedford area have already received nominations but the organisers, Premier Newspapers, will always accept more.
Already lining up for awards glory are a couple of serial winners, Fairies n Frogs in Church Street, Ampthill, with nominations for customer service, creative innovation, community investment, worker of the year and business of the year (under 50 employees).
TaxAssist Accountants, in Bromham Road, has been nominated for creative innovation, worker of the year and business of the year (under 50 employees).
Nominated in the training and development category is Mayfair Financial & Mortgage Consultants Ltd, in Lurke Street, Bedford.
Conference, training and leisure venue Wyboston Lakes has received two nominations in the worker of the year category.
The awards, the 20th to be organised by Premier Newspapers, are held in association with Barclays and have 10 sponsored categories to enter.
There will be two special awards on the awards night itself, which is to be held at Bedford Corn Exchange on Thursday, November 7.
Former British tennis number one turned TV presenter Andrew Castle will be the celebrity guest speaker.
Tickets are £75+vat with £10 from every ticket going to East Anglia Air Ambulance.
