Biggleswade teen on hate crime charges

A Biggleswade man has been charged with three offences related to hate crimes following two incidents on 22 and 27 March.

Keelan Dickens, 19, of Chaucer Drive in Biggleswade, was charged on Tuesday (28 March) with one count of religiously aggravated harassment, one count of using threatening behaviour to cause distress and one count of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.

He is due to appear at Luton Magistrates’ Court next month.
