A homeowner has spoken out against fly tippers.
Arthur Castle of Vaughan Road in Stotfold discovered seven large fence panels dumped in the farmer’s field at the end of his garden.
The 82-year-old said: “It’s a real pain and I’m pretty angry.
“This has been a major job to clear away. I’ve only got a Ford Focus car so I’ve been running back and forwards to the tip. And you’ve got to break the panels up.
“They were brown stained timber on one side and green on the other side.
“I can only imagine they’ve come from a very short distance because there’s no way somebody would walk across the roads and fields to dump the panels.”
