Burglar, dressed in horse-riding attire, enters a man’s home and steals a half-empty bottle of wine
A burglar dressed in horse riding attire sneaked into a home last week and stole half a bottle of wine.
The offence happened when a resident was washing his hair at 9am on Thursday, November 1, at his home in Beatrice Street, Kempston,.
When he turned around he saw a female burglar, who was wearing a green jacket, black leggings and knee-length black boots, standing in his kitchen.
He asked what she was doing, to which she replied “Taking that,” before she snatched the half-empty bottle of wine and ran out of the back door.
The offender was in her mid-50s, around 5ft 5ins tall, with blond hair, and spoke with an Irish accent.
