Celebrities to play in charity game
Former Royle Family star Ralf Little could be among the celebrity players at a charity football match on Sunday (October 7).
The actor – who also starred in Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps – is expected to feature, alongside Tommy Walsh from the BBC’s Ground Force programme.
The two will join other celebrities at Potton United Football Club’s The Hollow ground, for the fundraiser in aid of St John’s Hospice in Moggerhanger.
Gransden FC is raising money for the charity at the match between the celebrities and former Arsenal players.
Patrick Robinson, who played Martin “Ash” Ashford in the BBC’s Casualty could also play.
The ex-Arsenal team is expected to include former defenders Matthew Joseph and Chris Whyte and midfielder Paul Davis.
Tickets will be priced at £5 for adults and £2 for under 14s.
The gates open at 11am and kick-off is at 1.30pm.

There will also be a charity football match the following weekend, on Sunday, October 14.
Bedfordshire FA Referees will play Northamptonshire FA Referees at Potton United. Kick off is at 3pm and money raised will go to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxfordshire.
