Have your say on two new planning documents.

Central Beds Council is inviting people to comment on a Community Infrastructure Levy on new developments.

The council is proposing to introduce a this levy. It is a tax to fund the infrastructure needed to support growth.

It would be used on highway and transport improvements, schools, open spaces and community buildings.

There is also a consultation about a new guidance note on wind energy development.
