A temporary community centre could be built on the new Kings Reach estate in Biggleswade.

Taylor Wimpey and Martin Grant Homes have submitted the planning application to Central Beds Council.

It would be on the main street at the junctions of roads 30 and 31.

The application says: “This temporary building is being brought forward for the benefit of residents prior to delivery of the permanent centre.”
