Exhibition about potential homes

AN exhibition detailing plans to build 109 homes in a small village will take place today (Friday) and tomorrow.

Bovis Homes hopes to build the houses on a 10.2 acre stretch of land in Lower Stondon. The land is located south of Station Road along the north eastern edge of the village.

Affordable homes would make up 35 per cent of the housing estate.

A full planning application will be submitted to Central Beds Council in mid-July.

The exhibition will be held from 10am to 4pm today and from 10am to 1pm tomorrow (Saturday). It will be in Stondon Baptist Church in Station Road.

Representatives of Bovis Homes will be on hand to explain the scheme and to answer any questions.
