Gold marks for NCT branch
A parenting charity has been recognised for its superb second hand sales.
The National Childbirth Trust’s Biggleswade, Sandy and District branch has been given a gold standard award for its Nearly New Sales.
The accolade recognises the fact that the branch’s sales are among the best in the UK.
The award was presented by the national charity’s branch fundraising manager, Timothy Todhunter.
He said: “We are grateful for the effort that all volunteers put into making Nearly New Sales such a success and we are delighted to present the Gold Standard to NCT Biggleswade, Sandy and District branch.
“The team has worked so hard to provide a valuable service for local parents, giving them the opportunity to find some great bargains.”
