Ale lovers in Chronicle Country can enjoy a popular pub’s beer festival.
The Engineer’s Arms in Henlow will be holding the 18th Henlow Beer Festival, running from Wednesday to Sunday.
More than 120 beers and ciders will be enjoyed over the five days, and there will also be a range of bottled beers from abroad.
Landlord Kevin Machin and his team have sourced the beers from more than 76 different breweries, including many from new ones.
Special guests at the festival will include the Incredible Dr Busker and the Fab Two.
Baz’s Bostin’ Barbecue will also provide food to go with the ales.
Admission is free and the pub will be open from midday onwards.
The Airman Hotel in Meppershall will also be offering special rates for guests who want to stay after attending the beer festival.
The pub has previously been named as the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) East Anglia Pub of the Year.
Over the years it has developed a reputation for serving a quality range of beers from far and wide.
