Healthy living and personal fitness was the focus as students enjoyed a cross-curricular lifestyles day.
Youngsters at Etonbury Academy in Arlesey enjoyed a variety of different activities which centred around exercise, good diets and healthy living.
Students could wear their PE kits to school for the day and the educational activities took the place of regular lessons.
A work-out session gave students the chance to try circuit training in pairs, spending one minute at each station.
Youngsters could also try to improve their fitness using new technology.
They were invited to enter data about themselves into a website which then told them how healthy they are.
There was also a lesson on diets throughout history.
