Miniature life of the railway

TRAIN enthusiasts enjoyed a pint-sized world at a model railway exhibition.

East Bedfordshire Model Railway Society held its annual event at Stratton Upper School in Biggleswade on Saturday.

Visitors young and old flocked to see the miniature trains travelling through their specially designed world.

Chairman, Bern Munday, said that the day went very well. He said: “We had slightly fewer than last year, probably because of the weather but we had quite a good footfall.”

The track was 22ft long and the whole layout was made by the dozen members of the club.
