Murderous shows from theatrical society

Death is in the air at a country house.

Biggleswade Amateur Theatrical Society, known as BATS, will perform Peter Gordon’s comedy thriller, Secondary Cause of Death, next week.

The sequel to Murdered to Death, with which BATS delighted audiences last year, is set in Bagshot House in 1939.

Spinster Cynthia Maple is directing a murder weekend – but havoc ensues as reality merges with fiction, resulting in the demise of several characters.

Performances are from Thursday (September 6) to Saturday, September 8 at 7.45pm each evening. Doors open at 7pm.

Tickets cost £8 for adults and £7 for concessions from Thomas Morris in Biggleswade or online at http://bats.ticketsource.co.uk

There is an meeting for prospective members on Monday, September 17 at 8pm in Trinity Methodist Church in Biggleswade.

Prospective actors, actresses and stagehands are invited.
