Mothers launch gift business in village tea shop

TWO mothers have added a new spark of business to an old post office.

Gil Taylor and Vicky Bradford have set up a vintage inspired gifts outlet in Rosie's Tea Shop, formerly Southill Village Stores and Post Office.

And they hope this will give the village store an extra lease of life and allow tea drinkers to view the gifts, accessories and specially made t-shirts while they relax.

Gil, 39, used to work with 36-year-old Vicky in an IT consultancy firm in London and they both always wanted to have a business.

They began by making their own t-shirts using a heat press and a fabric printer, which they sell under the brand name Love 'Em.

Gil said: "We wanted a name that we could use if we expanded. People look at our things and say 'I love them' so we called it Love 'Em."
