Police hunt for flasher

Man exposes genitals to woman

Police in Luton are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who exposed his genitals to a woman.

The incident happened at around 8.30am on Thursday August 26.

The woman was walking along Moor Path towards New Bedford Road when she saw a man with his genitals exposed. He was walking at the bottom of Moor Path by the trees.

The man is described as, white, in his late 60s or early 70s, carrying a dark coloured umbrella and wearing a green 'Mac' that came to just above his knees.
