Show off your skills in elderly talent show

Age is no barrier for Bupa's Got Talent

It is never too late to show off your skills, as Bupa care homes in Luton and Dunstable set out to prove the older generation still have star quality.

Three homes – Ridgeway Lodge Residential Home, in Brandreth Avenue, Dunstable; Capwell Grange Nursing Home, in Addington Way, Luton; and St Mary's Nursing Centre, in Dunstable Road, Luton – will host mini talent shows aimed at older people, and are encouraging the community to join in.

Bupa Wants Talent shows will mark UK Older People's Day on October 1, which celebrates the huge contribution older people make to society. They will be held between September 27 and October 2.

Siobhan Drane, Bupa Care Homes' community affairs consultant, said: "Age is no barrier when it comes to having star quality and we want to hear from anyone who wants to take centre stage and grab their share of the limelight."

To find out more or register your interest in taking part in a Bupa Wants Talent show, call 0845 600 4622.

Entries must be received by September 13.
