Skincare business in Beeston needs your votes in bid for Richard Branson pitch

The competition relies on public votes to shortlist the UK and Ireland’s most exciting entrepreneurs, and Kirsti from Beeston and Donna from Potton believe that with your support, Katherine Daniels Cosmetics could get all the way to the finals this year.

The closing date for votes is Monday, May 23.

With more than 60 years of combined experience in the skincare industry, Kirsti and Donna created Katherine Daniels – A Beautifully British Concept.

Kirsti said: “We wanted to create a professional skincare brand that dealt with the main skin conditions and concerns that we see in British salons and spas. Your skin type is genetic but your skin condition comes from lifestyle, environment and climate. The needs of your skin when living and working in the UK is quite different to many other places in the world.

“We make great skincare affordable and promote better skin for life through our collection of luxurious face and body treatments and homecare products.”

Since the launch of the brand in November 2013 the business already partners with over 200 salons and spas across the UK. Some of the top salons in Bedfordshire have chosen to partner with this local brand, including The Retreat Beauty Spa in Biggleswade and YSpa at Wyboston Lakes.

Kirsti added: “We would love to be supported by residents of our local area. We have both lived here for most of our lives and as a small business employ local people from our area where possible.”
