Tai Chi classes in Shefford

WEEKLY Tai Chi classes are taking place in Shefford.

Shefford Community Hall in the High Street is the venue for the sessions, which are held on Monday afternoons from 2.30pm to 4pm.

The drop-in sessions include mobility and balance exercises and are suitable for adults of all ages.
