Trains through Chronicle Country remain cancelled until further notice on Monday due to damage and flooding caused by the overnight storm.
First Capital Connect are not running any trains on the Great Northern line until further notice, meaning there is no service for passengers at Biggleswade, Sandy and Arlesey.
Long distance trains on the east coast mainline are also unable to reach London Kings Cross.
This is due to flooding in the tunnel at Potters Bar and trees on the line in Hertfordshire.
As of 12.30pm on Monday there is no time given for reopening the line and passengers are advised not to travel by train today.
The Thameslink route from Bedford to St Pancras is also closed due to a fallen tree at St Albans and issues with overhead power lines at Mill Hill.
