Canadian sensation plays secret gig for local fans
The sound of screaming teenage fans greeted Justin Bieber as he arrived to play a secret gig at The Park Inn in Bedford last weekend.
With his debut single, One Time, rising three places in the Official UK Top 40 Chart last weekend the 15-year-old took time out to play an intimate gig for fans.
The soul pop sensation was in town after a competition on his website for fans to win a gig on their doorstep.
Having mounted a Facebook campaign Dee Homruen, 15, from Bedford, won the chance to meet the singing superstar and invite her friends to the personal acoustic performance, which took place on Saturday.
She said: "I did not expect all the stuff that happened.
"He sang to me which was pretty amazing. It was really great, he performed a few songs and signed autographs, just amazing."
