Hamlet told through dance at MK
Hamlet is about to get a whole lot more funky in David Nixon's new dance version of Hamlet, which is running at Milton Keynes Theatre from Tuesday May 20 until Saturday May 24.

This compelling story ventures into a darker world where there is confusion, mystery, fear and anger.

However, in Nixon and Doyle's retelling of the Shakespeare classic, a young man returns from the front to find that the world he once lived in has completely changed.

David Nixon said: "I have wanted to create a dance version of Hamlet for a long time.

"Hamlet is a young man who starts out with everything but loses everything."

Tickets start at £12 and are available from the box office on 08700 606652.

Performances are at 7.30pm, with an additional 2.30pm matinee on Thursday and Saturday.

There will be a pre-show talk on the Thursday from 6.30pm until 7pm.

Yes, aliens are out there
