Stevens hits 99 in Potton victory
Sean Stevens' excellent form with the bat continued as Potton won at Bishop's Stortford in the Herts League on Saturday.
Potton batted first and were wobbling at 8-3. However a fourth wicket stand of 148 between Stevens and Thomas Smart (53) put them back on track.
Stevens was then agonisingly caught out on 99 but the side went on to make 256-6.
Ramohan Bhogal was Potton’s star with the ball, taking 5-45 as the hosts were bowled out for 203.
