Nunn: Waders on course for play-off push

Biggleswade Town boss Chris Nunn is confident his side are on course to meet his goal of reaching the Evo-Stik Southern League Division One Central play-offs this season, writes Mike Simmonds.

Saturday’s 4-1 thumping win at Thatcham Town saw Waders make it five wins from six games to move up to sixth, a point off the play-offs and just six away from leaders Royston Town.

Nunn, who sees his side entertain North Greenford United this weekend, said: “At the start of the season, our aim was to be in the play-offs and we’re not far off that.

“We brought a lot of new players into the club, so we’re pleased with how things are going, and we’re in good form too.”
