Waders held by last gasp leveller
A last gasp goal denied Biggleswade Town three valuable league points on Saturday.
Josh Beech had given the Waders a 28th minute lead at Burnham. But deep into time added on Dickens equalised for the division’s second bottom side to make it 1-1 and the Southern League Premier points were shared.
The Waders head to Bedford Town in the Beds Senior Cup on Tuesday, January 27.
They then have a free weekend - they should have been playing Hereford, who have left the league - but return to action at Chippenham on Tuesday.
