Biggleswade suffered a heartbreaking last-gasp defeat against Wellingborough in their Midlands Two East South clash on Saturday.

A try from the visitors with just 90 seconds on the clock was a sickening blow to the hosts who had dominated most of the game against a side only bottom of the table due to a 15 point deduction.

Once again Biggleswade’s discipline was poor and they gave away too many penalties often for not heeding the match official’s warnings.
