Saturday wins for Blues, United and Potton
waders and Rokermen held in goalless draws
Arlesey Town followed up Thursday's 1-0 home Southern League victory against Bury Town with a 3-0 win against Beaconsfield SYCOB this afternoon.
Chris Marsh was on target twice in the 25th and 42nd minutes while Adam Watkins netted the third with 15 minutes to go in front of 107 spectators.
Biggleswade Town were also in Division One Midlands action at Marow where held their host in a goalless draw in front of 114 fans.
In the Spartan South Midlands League, Langford were beaten 3-0 at home by Leverstock Green whose goals came from Pritchard and Sears (two) while up the road at Second Meadow, Biggleswade United won 1-0 against Oxhey Jets thanks to a Nathan Hilaaire strike.
And in the United Counties Premier Division, Stotfold were held in a goalless by Daventry Town while in Division One, Potton picked up all three points at The Hollow, but left it late at the expense of league strugglers Rushden & Higham United. And Adam Furness was their match winner with a strike a full three minutes into added time at the end of what looked like being another goalless draw.
