SLIDESHOW: Potton United
Pictures from Saturday match against Deeping
Potton United's slide down the UCL Premier Division table continued on Saturday with a 4-1 defeat at home to current UCL champions Deeping Rangers.
Potton made a superb start with a goal after just two-and-a-half minutes, although what had looked suspiciously like an acute angled Shiblu Miah cross meant for Mickey O'Farrell, flew over his teammate and into the top corner for 1-0.
But Deeping drew level through John Duncliffe's and three minutes into the second half, Mark Kingston beat Pursell with an angled effort for 2-1.
Danny Matson made it three and Kevin Ward grabbed the fourth to complete Potton's misery.
