Three midweek matches off!
Tuesday's games involving Stotfold, Potton and Langford are postponed
Three of tonight's football matches have already been called off due to waterlogged pitches.
The North Beds Charity Cup tie at Weston Park between hosts Wootton Blue Cross and Potton United was called off at 4pm after a continued downpour while the United Counties League match at Roker Park between Stotfold and Rothwell Corinthians also fell foul of a waterlogged pitch at midday.
And by mid-afternoon Leverstock Green had called Langford to say that their Spartan South Midlands Premier Division game at Pancake Lane had been postponed on Shrove Tuesday!
However at 5.30pm the Zamaretto Southern League Division One Midlands clash at the Armadillo Stadium between Arlesey Town and Marlow was still on but call the Hitchin Road ground on 01462 734504 before travelling.
The other local game that so far has survived is the Spartan South Midlands Premier Division clash between Biggleswade United and Broxbourne Borough at Second Meadow which kicks-off at 7.45pm.
