Following the roaring success of last year’s Impresario, Opera on Location return to Blunham with not one, but two brand new productions.

On Thursday April 28, Blunham Village Hall will be filled with the humorous shows of Offenbach and Gilbert and Sullivan as the innovative and exciting young company bring you Masters of Operetta: A Marriage by Lantern Light and Trial by Jury.

Formed in Sheffield in 2013, Opera on Location are swiftly developing an impressive reputation for captivating performances in unusual locations. Company founders Kathryn Gasic and Gareth Lloyd said: “It’s great to be able to take a show to new places and get our name out there.

“We feel what we are doing is really special and we want to be able to share it with people from all over the country and not just in our home town. Last year was incredibly rewarding for us and we’re hoping that this year will be even better.”

The show starts at 7.30pm. Tickets costing between £10 and £12 are available in advance via 0113 469 3748 or www.eventbrite.co.uk. Tickets also available on the door.
