Three comedians aim to be a king and queen of the Castle when they headline a comedy club over the summer.

The first to appear is Greg Burns on Monday June 6 and this will be followed by Ellie Taylor and Paul Revill on Monday July 4. They appear at the Castle Comedy event coming to George’s Hall Bar & Grill.

Greg hosts London’s No.1 Drivetime show for Capital FM Radio. He has 10 years experience and sold out his first solo West End comedy show at The Bloomsbury Theatre to critical acclaim.

He has appeared on The Comedy Store for Comedy Central, The 11 O’ Clock Show as well as appearing in The Office Christmas special in a part written specifically for him by Ricky Gervais.

The event on Monday July 4 will be an Edinburgh Preview Special with one hour sets.

Ellie Taylor’s new one hour show is eagerly anticipated and she brings it to Biggleswade before the Edinburgh Festival. She has made numerous TV appearances including The John Bishop Show, Channel 4’s 8 Out of 10 Cats, team captain on ITV2’s Fake Reaction and ITV’s Show me the Funny.

She is perhaps most recognisable as the host of BBC3’s cult dating show Snog, Marry, Avoid!

Paul Revill the regular host of Castle Comedy will be previewing his Edinburgh show, Revillations!

People are advised to book tickets early to avoid disappointment. Doors open at 7.30pm with an 8pm start. They can also buy entrance with a pre show meal and a glass of wine. Tickets cost between £6 and £18.
