Charity art fair at Town Farm

CHEDDINGTON’S Town Farm Studio is opening its doors for its popular annual art show. Building on last year’s success, the artists are looking forward to another busy weekend with lots of new and exciting art on show.

Just in time for Christmas, Town Farm Art Show is presenting the work of nine accomplished artists in the relaxed setting of Christine Bass’ home and garden. There will be original paintings, botanical art, porcelain, ceramics, sculpture, woodcarving, woodcraft, textiles and jewellery.

Meet the artists - Christine Bass, Susan Day, Kirsteen Holuj, Mick Randall, James Sansome, Justine Thorpe, Nicki Tullett, Mick Waterhouse and Kate Wilkinson - who will be happy to talk about their work and the processes involved. Entry is free and mulled wine, Christmas cake and mince pies will be served. Donations are in aid of Iain Rennie Hospice at Home.

The exhibition is on from 10am to 5pm, Friday to Sunday, at 6 Town Farm, Cheddington, Leighton Buzzard, BEDS LU7 0TT. Visitors are asked to park on the High Street, not in Town Farm.
