Coronavirus latest: 86 new cases and 7 deaths in Central Bedfordshire today
86 new coronavirus infections and seven deaths have been confirmed in Central Bedfordshire today (Thursday), according to figures from Public Health England.
The total number of cases in the district now stands at 12,494 (+86).
A daily rise of seven deaths (within 28 days of a positive test) was reported in Central Beds today, with 418 in total since the pandemic began
The case rate in Central Beds is now 436.2 per 100,000.
Elsewhere in the county, Luton has 15,204 (+138) cases while Bedford's figure is at 10,595 (+113).
There have been 3,543,646 lab-confirmed cases across the UK, up by a daily rise of 37,892.
94,580 deaths have been recorded within 28 days of a positive test, up by 1,290 today.
