Last year historian Christine Hill published the book ‘Old Warden, Tales of Tenants & Squires’ which traces the history of the village, its inhabitants and their relationship with the estates owners, the Ongley and Shuttleworth families, from the 18th century to the early 20th century.

Christine will lead the walk around the village where you will hear about its historic and picturesque buildings, and its people.
