Caravan site will be on the table
A Gypsy and Traveller site could be extended.
On Wednesday Central Beds Council’s development management committee will discuss a planning application to add more caravans to Twin Acres, off Hitchin Road in Arlesey. Permission is sought to replace an existing static caravan and to site four additional caravans as well as adding an amenity block with parking and hardstanding.
Arlesey Town Council strongly objects to the proposal and neighbours have sent 22 letters of objection. Three letters of support have also been received.
Central Beds Council’s planning officers have recommended approval.
