Disabled needs met once again
The South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) can continue using the Disability Two Ticks and Mindful Employer logos for another year.
Every year organisations are met by staff from the Job Centre Plus, to check that they meet standards such as interviewing all disabled job applicants who meet the minimum criteria for a job vacancy and consider them on their abilities and make every effort when employees become disabled to make sure they stay in employment.

“It is one of the many ways we demonstrate commitment to creating a positive environment that encourages disabled people to seek and maintain employment with us.”
