Anglia in Bloom and Chair of Judges George Dawson is inviting environmentally minded, experienced and qualified people from across the six counties of the East of England who would like to be considered to become a regional Anglia in Bloom judge to attend a training/assessment meeting at Brook Hotel, Norwich on Monday February 23.

George said: “we are always looking out for suitable new judges to join our team to visit our many communities who take part in our environmental campaign each year”, “it’s a great way to meet people and see some fantastic colourful displays, allotments and conservation areas created and managed by individuals, groups, schools and business helping make our region so attractive and beneficial for all who live, work and visit as well as provide valuable habitat and food sources for our native wildlife”.

The theory session at Brook Hotel will introduce potential new judges to Anglia in Blooms marking/assessment criteria and meet the current judging team, successful candidates will be asked to attend a second training day for a practical mock judging day at Great Yarmouth on Monday 13th April 13.
