Festive fun and charity thoughts in Biggleswade

FROM reindeer, Santas and snowmen to baubles, candles and nativities, not forgetting the fairy lights, one house has it all this Christmas.

Postman Sid Hibbitt, 62, has turned his home into a house of light to celebrate the season.

He and his wife Kit, 59, have been decorating their house with festive decorations for years and this year they have decided to go the extra mile by raising money for charity at the same time.

Donations will all go to Keech Hospice Care, a service that cares for adults and children from the area with life-limiting conditions.

The house in Winston Crescent in Biggleswade certainly stands out with its festive decorations – both inside and out.

Anyone who wants to see the inside decorations can drop by number 66 and make a donation between 4pm and 7pm before Christmas.
