Fish get mummified by pupils
Lessons at a Sandy school became fairly messy when pupils got to grips with the ancient Egyptian culture.
Pupils in year 4 at St Swithun’s VC Lower School had an interesting start to their new Temples, Tombs and Treasures topic. The children teamed up to learn
about the Egyptian mummification process by mummifying some fish - with some interesting results!
