Do you need a little help from friendly neighbours?
Sandy Good Neighbours Scheme launches on Monday (June 2). More than 100 volunteers will be on hand at various times during the weeks to come to assist the elderly and disabled. Tasks could include giving lifts to hospital, simple household tasks and befriending.
