Health visitors Emma Daniel and Arlette Frost based at Biggleswade Hospital have been highly commended in awards from South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) for their work in improved patient experience.
More than 40 staff were shortlisted for the accolades, from hundreds of nominations, with 14 winners taking home a trophy.
The awards are designed to say thank you to staff from across the trust and celebrate those who go above and beyond in their work every day in order to deliver the very highest levels of care to our patients.
Sally Morris, SEPT chief executive, said: “It was a truly special evening and a privilege to celebrate the achievements of colleagues and teams who have been shortlisted for SEPT Star Awards.
“It is important that we take the time to recognise and celebrate our team of talented and dedicated staff and importantly say ‘thank you’ to each of them for everything they do for patients and their loved ones.”
