Is latest Star Wars film using the shed?

Somewhere in a field not so far, far, away, film crews are gathering in a hidden base.

Or not so hidden, as rumour has it the next instalment of the Star Wars franchise is being filmed in the iconic Cardington Shed 2.

Avid shed fan Trevor Monk snapped this intriguing picture of what he believes to be part of an external set build outside the former airship hangar.

But what could it be? Perhaps part of something bigger being constructed out sight behind those 50m doors.

We will just have to wait until the film, Star Wars Anthology: Rogue One, directed by Gareth Edwards, hits cinemas in December next year.
