There’s crafty fun in store at the library this half term.

A range of free activities will be taking place across the area, giving children the chance to take part in exciting activities from making Chinese lanterns to busting some moves on a dance mat.

On Monday, February 16 children can pop in between 9.30am and 5pm for an Around the World crafts session.

Or visit Sandy Library between 10am and 4pm the same day to make Chinese New Year lanterns.

On Tuesday, February 17 there are Hungry Caterpillar crafts and Fruit Friends activities taking place between 10am and 4pm in Sandy.

Over in Shefford, things will be getting fishy with a Fishes and Mermaids children’s craft session between 3pm and 4.30pm.

Children visiting Sandy Library on Thursday, February 19 can enjoy dinosaur crafts between 10am and 4pm.

At Shefford Library there is a chance to enjoy a second Fishes and Mermaids session between 10.30am and noon.

February 19 will also see a children’s craft session at Stotfold Library between 10.30am and noon.

On Friday, February 20 Sandy Library will be hosting a Make Your Own Icicle workshop between 10am and 4pm, and a dance mat session for children aged seven plus from 10.30am to 11.16am.
